Booking Process

In order to reserve your session date and time, you will need to send me 50% of the total of whatever package you select within 12 hours of choosing your date. Payment can be handled via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash or Check. This also serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographer's approval. Your remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled session and we can always set up a payment plan. A signed contract must be returned within 24 hours.

Printing Process

There are numerous online printing options.

Professional photographers will not recommend ordering prints from anywhere except from someone they trust for numerous reasons. We want you to have a quality print that will be around for years to come!

I recommend ordering prints through my lab, but it is not required. In my experience, the lab I work with offers the highest quality because they have humans handling the printing and physically looking at each image. I encourage clients to order prints through their online proofing gallery. When you choose anything to print, I will go over your image to see if any further edits are needed and format specifically for size that you are requesting.

Cancellation Policy

LIFE HAPPENS. I have a 5 day notification to reschedule your session. In the event of an emergency, we can of course reschedule. Common colds, etc. are not considered an emergency and we still photograph.

It is important to me to maintain my schedule out of respect to my clients. With this in mind, once a date is set, I block it off my calendar. Please keep this in mind when booking.

Tardiness

Please plan enough time to get to your session. It is stated within your contract email to arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to avoid a late fee or a reschedule.

I go into incredible detail with you prior to our session about logistics so you will be well versed on everything you need to know to help you arrive on time/early.

Image Rights

You may not edit or alter the final images in any way.

I do not do any body altering in my editing process. I do handle skin, eyes, face and wrinkles. You will always look like you!
